If you choose alternative accommodation, you should make your own arrangements for booking and transfer.

Reservations at the suggested hotels at special rates are available until 1 September 2025 upon prepayment according to the terms and conditions of the selected hotel.

A shuttle service to and from the Forum venue will be organised for participants staying at the mentioned hotels.

Publications

Participants in the Forum will be given the opportunity to publish abstracts of their presentations. The topics of the published material should be in line with the programme. A collection of abstracts will be published at the beginning of the Forum and included in the proceedings package. Publication is free of charge for authors. Abstracts will be accepted until 1 August 2025.

Formatting requirements for abstracts:

- Author's last name/ Authors’ last name with initials;

- Title of the abstract;

- City, country;

- Official abbreviated name of the organisation where each author works;

- Contact information (full name, telephone number and/or e-mail).

The full text of abstracts should not exceed 3,000 characters including spaces.
